We have Rocky Mountain Altitude bikes to hire at £80 per day. These are enduro bikes with 170mm travel.

If you buy a Rocky Mountain from us after a demo, the £80 hire will be deducted from the sale.
Terms and Conditions of Hire
I-CYCLES SCOTLAND Ltd will act within reason to honour all bookings made
I-CYCLES SCOTLAND Ltd reserve the right not to hire equipment to an individual or group
I-CYCLES SCOTLAND Ltd hire equipment is limited to UK use only
Responsibility
All forms of cycling are undertaken at your own risk, cycling and mountain biking are dangerous activities which involve risk and potential injury or death. We advise that appropriate eye, head and body protection is worn at all times
If cycling off road, please keep to marked trails where cycling is permitted and exercise due care to all others, when cycling on the highway observe the UK Highway Code at all times
Young persons under 18 years of age will only be issued with a bike when accompanied by a parent or guardian, the Hire customer undertakes to make any minors in their charge aware of these terms and conditions of hire
I-Cycles Scotland Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or injury caused to the Hirer(s) or third parties
You are responsible for your own personal safety and the safety of your own property
I-Cycles Scotland Ltd and its employees and agents exclude all liability (whether statutory or otherwise) for any loss, damage or injury caused to you or your property, arising from any cause whatsoever. Including, but not limited to, the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents, whilst you are using the equipment hired under this agreement. This exclusion of liability does not affect your statutory rights
If hiring on the behalf of others, you should ensure that all members of your group are aware of the Terms and Conditions of Hire and your personal liability Safety
Helmets are provided free of charge for all bike Hirers and we strongly advise their use at all times
Cycling is a physical activity; if you are concerned about your health then you should consult you GP before participating
Equipment Hire
The bicycle(s) and equipment on hire remains the property of I-Cycles Scotland Ltd. The Hirer will not sell, rehire, lend or part with the bicycle(s) and equipment
The Hirer assumes complete responsibility for loss or damage to the hire equipment (other than fair wear and tear) from the time the equipment leaves I-Cycles Scotland Ltd premises until it is returned. If hiring multiple bicycle(s), you are responsible for all the bicycle(s)
I-Cycles Scotland Ltd shall not be liable for any damage caused or loss made whatsoever by breakdown or other defects in the bicycle(s) beyond the control of I-Cycles Scotland Ltd
The Hirer is responsible for all costs, claims and demands which arise directly or indirectly out of the use of the Bicycle during the period of hire
The Hirer must look after the bicycle(s) at all times, and must not leave them unattended or unsecured in a public area
In the event of the bicycle or equipment being damaged, lost or stolen, I-Cycles Scotland Ltd reserves the right to recover the cost for repairs or the replacement value of the bicycle(s) and equipment from the Hirer. Full RRP will be charged for bikes and equipment that are not returned.
The Hirer will notify I-Cycles Scotland Ltd, upon the return of the bicycle(s), of any loss or breakdown of the bicycle(s), other than those reasonably repairable by the Hirer
Photographic ID
Photographic proof of identification must be provided in the form of Photo Driving licence or passport. This must match that of the card used to make payment. No hire can be allowed if this is not adhered to.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the Hirer cancels their booking up to 48hrs before the hire they will receive a full refund of their payment
If the Hirer cancels their booking less than 48hrs before the hire they will not receive a refund of their payment
If the Hirer does not turn up for their booking at all they will not receive any refund of their payment.
No refunds or reductions will be given for any hire equipment that is returned early for any reason.
All equipment must be returned to the agreed collection point at the correct time
I-Cycles Scotland Ltd reserves the right to charge an additional fee for late returns for each bicycle.
All bicycle(s) and equipment are thoroughly checked after each hire, and any damage found will be charged to the Hirer
I-Cycles Scotland Ltd shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that I-Cycles Scotland Ltd decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other compensation shall be payable.

Storage of Information
We will keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide our products and/or services to you. If you think any information is inaccurate then please contact us to let us know
You are entitled under the Data Protection Act 2018 to a copy of the personal information that we hold about you if you apply to us in writing.
Sharing of Information
Our customers and their information are important to I-Cycles Scotland Ltd, and it is not our policy to sell their information to third parties. We do employ service companies to fulfil some of our operational functions; some of these companies may be given access to customer information in order to perform their functions. They will not use the information for any other purpose. Examples of when we would use other companies would be for delivery of an order or processing a credit card payment. Apart from this we will not share or transfer any personal information with any other third party unless we are required to do so by law
